Byron Burger - Review

So this Sunday just gone my sisters and I took my mum out for something to eat to celebrate mothers day. Our original plan was to go to a 'Browns' which is a little more posh but turns out it was fully booked so we ended up in Byron Burger which turned out to be rather nice. I enjoyed it so much I thought I would make a blog post out of it.

If you have never heard of Byron Burger well it is exactly what it sounds like a burger restaurant, they specialize in providing good quality burger meat. Byron Burger can be found all around the UK from Liverpool, Manchester and London of course, no doubt it is in other locations as well.

Nowadays in the UK I feel like there are so many burger places around so I tend to get a little skeptical about them but this one well and truly exceeded my expectations. As I'm currently on a health kick I opted for the Chicken Cesar Salad, which was bloody amazing and by far the best salad I've ever ate, it made the healthy eating much easier. Although, I can't lie I was getting slightly envious of my Mum and Sisters with their beef burgers. If I remember correctly both my Mum and Sister Abby when for the Byron Hamburger and Vicky went for the 'Chilli Queen', all said they where amazing. I ended up doing the traditional girly thing of pinching a few chips here and their because I'm trying to be healthy but at the end of the day I ate chips, haha. Not good.

Having said that we then moved onto ordering two desserts to share, a Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice-Cream and White Vanilla with Chocolate sauce. I shared the chocolate brownie with my Mum and can honestly say I have never tasted anything so good in my life. Although, I did deeply regret it after of course and it resulted in an extra hour work out the next day. I guess it was special occasion after all and at the time well worth it.

We all had soft drinks(I had water) but if your a beer fan this place would be great for you as they have a large menu full of Alcohol beverages. So if you've got a Byron Burger near you, do not hesitate to go in. You honestly wont regret it.
