Would firstly like to apologise for how long today's post is, oops!

So, yesterday I headed out with family to celebrate my Nan's birthday. I originally thought we where all just going for some food nothing to fancy, however, my auntie then let us know we where actually going to The Hilton Hotel to enjoy some afternoon tea and champagne. It was a lovely afternoon and a great way to spend some family time together.

After we had enjoyed our afternoon of tea and cakes, we where then lucky enough to get a tour of The Hilton's Executive Suite. Besides the room being amazing and the walk in wardrobe being bigger than my actual bedroom itself, the main thing that I loved about the room was the view. If you didn't already know I am from Liverpool and I kind of have a love hate relationship with this city, sometimes I love it and then sometimes I wish I could move away from the city as far as possible. But I have to say seeing Liverpool from that high up really made me realise how lucky I am to live in such a wonderful place and actually how beautiful Liverpool can look, haha! Now the pictures of the room are not the best, apologies, I felt a tiny bit awkward taking photos of the room as there was a member of staff in the room showing us around but if you are really interested seeing the room properly then just head over to The Hilton Hotel Liverpool website and the room is likely to be on there somewhere. Getting to see Liverpool in a different way has definitely made me even more excited for when I can go travelling which I plan to do a lot of and I can not wait until I do so!
